The night, in order
Doors at 6:00 PM. A DJ in the lobby, non-alcoholic drinks, and a beautiful space to socialize with the crowd and meet new people before your selected class.
Beats Ride at 7:45 PM (cycling) or Sonic Meditation at 9:00 PM (the sound bath). You choose one when you RSVP and we hold your spot — 32 places between the two.
When the classes finish we meet in the lobby — shower, change, take your time.
We head downtown and Sweet Linda welcomes everybody with a cocktail.
